Transcend Education interview questions

I applied for the role at the end of April. I was contacted the day after I submitted my application and had my first interview shortly thereafter. Once I was notified that I made it to the next round, I was given a list of 6 steps that the hiring process follows. What followed was a four-month interview process that included 7 interviews and additional calls with HR. During this time they changed the hiring process/added additional steps, put hiring for the role on pause without notifying me, and changed the scope of the role midway through the hiring process. I was told numerous times that I was at the end of their process, only for the goalpost to continually be moved farther. Their stated commitment to alleged hiring equity was overshadowed by the wildly inconsiderate process, frequent delays, and lack of respect for the distress of job searchers.

Applied online. Invited to interview with team member. It took them over two weeks to tell me that I wouldn’t be passed on to the next step. They did mention that there would be a performance task and multiple interviews after this initial one. The interview went overtime and they finally told me the salary at the very last moment which I was shocked about because from glass door it was almost double what this person told me. They have salary ranges based on where you live. Transcend needs to adapt to salary transparency. Even though I wasn’t passed on, I would not have continued in the process as it was 50k less than I made. Shame on them for wasting my time and theirs.
