The interview process with Travelers was longer than most and requires a great deal of flexibility. There were roughly 4 rounds of interviews that went up the leadership chain. The company does a good job of making sure a candidate will be a good competency and culture fit; however, it can be hard to coordinate the different interview if you are currently employed. It can also be tricky if you are interviewing elsewhere concurrently, as other companies may offer you employment before you finish the Travelers interview process.
