I had 2 interviews. First was an interview with 2 unit managers and the last interview was with the VP of the department. They asked the basic questions asking for prior work experience and they asked scenario based questions.
The test portion was not overly difficult. Basic math and grammar skills. The insurance related portion is mostly accident diagrams. There is definitely not enough time to finish it, I did not finish and passed. Be prepared to type. There is a WPM data entry style typing test. Test does take approximately 3 hours.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Travelers (Alpharetta, GA) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview process was good. I initially spoke to an HR rep out of state, followed by an in-person meeting with two members of their leadership team in the Alpharetta office, followed by a meeting with a VP the next week. About a month after that I was accepted for the job.
