I was sought out by an internal recruiter for this position. After some discussion, I agreed to interview for the job. It was a very dreadful process that involved 15 different interviews across 3 days. Based on the feedback I received, I assumed I would be getting an offer. Then... nothing! Never heard a word again. I sent an email to the Hiring Manager and that went unanswered. Completely unprofessional experience and I am thrilled that I am not in that type of environment.
