The HR contacted me through mail asking about the salary expectation which i responded back. After couple of weeks i received a mail stating that a interview is being scheduled. I was interested in the role and built up my motivation to secure the role. The interview originally scheduled was postpone siting unavailability of the recruiter. It was postponed after two weeks from the initial date it was scheduled. Finally i attended the interview towards the last week of december"18. The questions are behavioural, competency and CV walk through. Questions were of most how did i over come a challenging situation in a project, how did i influence a difficult stakeholder, When was the solution provided didnt work ? Questions on robotic process automation. etc I was very confident and answered to most of the questions. When i asked about the next steps towards the end of the process the recruiter said it might probably a panel based interview and they would come back to me on the status on the first week of Janurary 19. Yet to date there wasn't any formal feedback shared from the HR side. I have to follow up more than twice asking for the feedback . I think the company doesnt understand the amount of effort and interest the candidates put forward for securing a job. A bit of laid back attitude and no courtesy or professionalism interms of communication and sharing feedback to the candidates attended the interview. Though the companies values are around respect, commitment i do not see them in their recruiting practices or in the process. Not sure if you end up with a job they practice what they preach. To me they dont practice what they preach. It was little disappointing that candidates are not valued or respected. I will not recommend anyone.
