Lengthy and thorough - The interview process at Travelers involves many steps with multiple interviewers from multiple departments. At times it can feel like the process does not have a finish line.

Overall good. Went through three rounds of interviews about an hour long each. The people were kind and the process was pretty straightforward. I don't think I really click with the main hiring manager at the end.

The interview process at Travelers was very long in my experience - at least 6 rounds with 12 different people over 2 months. At two separate points I was advised it was the last stage, only to have something else scheduled following the interview.
