I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers in Oct 2014
Interview
I submitted my application online and about two weeks later I received a phone call from them. I set up an appointment to have an interview later on that week. That's as far as I have gone. The most difficult part is preparing for the interview. Just be sure you reflect on situations that have occurred in your current or past job(s). That's what I've been doing. Keep on reading about behavioral questions. Its a helpful tool.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most difficult part question so far for me is: "Give an example of one of your weakness?"
Typically two or three managers asking situational questions. There is usually a phone screening first with HR. It’s likely that you will sit with a future peer to see the job in action and to ask questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you worked together with a team.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Hartford, CT) in Jun 2016
Interview
I was contacted by the Talent Acquisition to apply to this position vs. the more senior position. I applied and was interviewed by the Unit Manager and another manager in a different unit. They just asked the questions right off of a sheet of paper. It was like they could not think of any questions of their own during the interview. During the interview they were asking me about my background as a new attorney and were trying to determine if I would leave the position even before I even got an offer. They asked that questions so many times in so many different ways, it was like they wanted me to say yes just to not give me the job. They even asked me about how much I want to receive as salary and they hesitated as if I should be accepting WAY less than what I was asking for as salary. (I was not even asking for no less than 65K) I waited over four weeks with no answer from Travelers about my status and was only notified that I was no longer in consideration for the job because I checked in the online portal. Honestly, Travelers insurance is the WORST company in regards to interviews and their interview process. It's like they string you along and then do not say anything at ALL to the interviewee.
