This was a tough interview but one that I actually enjoyed. Process was done virtually and was approximately 2 1/2 hours long. The first hour(ish) is a meeting with 2 unit managers asking different situational questions. The second part is a peer interview where they show you their day to day work as well as systems. The 3rd and final interview is a meeting with the department director and clarifying anything missed on the 1st interview. Some of the questions were multi part, some pretty standard. Overall I liked this interview process a lot. It helps you to have a better understanding of what is expected to you and it shows how thorough of a company they are.
