I first did a phone interview and then was scheduled for a virtual interview. They were both easy going and felt like we were just talking about Travelers. It was really nice and the interviewers were so friendly!

They asked me about how I handled conflict and stress. They asked me about how I ensured customer satisfaction. Most of their questions were behavioral interview questions.

Took about 4 days for the drug test and background check to be completed.
Interview was pretty conversational. Tons of behavioral questions. I'd highly recommend looking up STAR method questions and example answers. My advice is to enjoy the interview! ASK QUESTIONS!
