Interview
There was an initial phone screen and after, four interviews scheduled with actuaries and analysts across different teams, held remotely. The different interviews were focused on different topics, such as technical skills, case study, culture fit, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Question 1
The behavioral questions were very standard. The technical interview was mostly getting a sense of if the candidate could describe previous problems and solutions relating to data that they had solved. The case study tested basic problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
