Applied online from ad posted on various sites. Was quickly invited to meet with two of the three Principals/Owners. I went over my portfolio in detail and my role on each project presented as well as the methods of production, material and budget size. Discussed having a second interview that would include the third owner, however was emailed a week later that a decision would be made by the end of the week and was to be informed by then. I did not receive any emails, or feedback and was ghosted after this email.
