I applied online. I interviewed at Trialbee in Aug 2025
Interview
I applied online. About 2 weeks later, I was invited to complete a 1-way video interview. The recruiter sent a list of questions, but the questions didn’t match those in the video portal. I then asked the recruiter to confirm which set to answer, and I was give yet a third set. No confirmation of receipt of my responses, no personalized rejection despite starting the interview process. Red flags all around.

Currently no HR but still a fairly easy process. Helpful staff and a good environment in the city center of Malmo. The position was a bit to junior but in fairness the company is in a growing position with an interesting future.
