I had an interview with a Managing Director. He asked me if I had kids (no), and then asked if I planned to have any in the future. I was taken aback by this line of questioning, but he doubled down and said something along the lines of, "This is an important role, so we would need to know if there would be leave." That says enough about company culture and how they think about women. The interviewer himself has children, but that didn't seem to be a problem since he is male.
