Interview
The first step was the hr interview. He set up a call, asked a bit about my experience and gave me a heads up it'll be an algo interview. Along with that he gave me a brief idea about the culture. The second step was a phone screen with a current SDE at tripadvisor. The process was good. The interviewer was pretty friendly. The questions weren't hard but it was my first in more than a year. So got I a bit nervous and was not well prepared. So I missed some obvious things. But it was a good prep as I am preparing to interview seriously next year.

Implement a restaurant menu with dishes divided into categories. Find fastest way to get a dish and category using only name. Find the highest and lowest costing dish.
