Interview
Applied via Cover letter and CV through email, got through after a week or so and went in. It was a very positive interview, it went to well that I honestly thought I'd got it. It was essentially a discussion of the role and my suitability for it but it included general interview questions too. I travelled over 2 and half hours for a failed interview but was extremely happy with it nonetheless. The Interviewers were fair and welcoming!

Interview
Informal, friendly and informative. The owner of the business allowed me to attend on a Saturday due to my commitments in terms of family. The interview was over an hour long and my skill set in terms of employment law and HR practices thoroughly examined. The owner was keen to communicate the HR practice so far to date and was extremely open when questions were asked from me. It was a pleasurable interview and when I left, I was absolutely positive that I wanted the position.
