El proceso en general todo bien, en todo el proceso de la entrevista todos fueron muy amables. Tuve un test que me pareció un poco difícil ya que es industria nueva la cual no tengo experiencia previa, pero fue interesante y desafiante.

Sobre experiencias de trabajos anteriores, si conocía sobre el mundo de criptos, nivel de idiomas, metas y objetivos profesionales, expectativas del trabajo, etc.

El proceso duró 5 semanas, tuve 4 entrevistas.
- Primera entrevista con HR
- Segunda entrevista con Marketing/Operaciones
- Tercera entrevista con el COO
- Cuarta entrevista con la CEO

Experiencias de trabajo anteriores, estudios, capacitación técnica y análisis bursátil. Al finalizar las entrevistas me pidieron realizar tareas de demostración de habilidades técnicas necesarias para el rol.

Interview
The process consisted of three interviews:
1- HR Manager and Country Manager Argentina
2- OTC Lead and Country Manager Mexico
3- HR Manager and CEO
They were very clear on the phases of the process and kept me updated every step of the way.
During the different interviews they asked about my experience related to their corresponding areas of leadership, being very interested on details of how i had managed myself on my previous roles, what i saw myself doing in the company and my general knowledge of the industry. They all had read my CV so didn't ask for a basic storytelling speech, but rather specific insights about what mostly called their attention from my experience.
