They reached out within 2 days to set up an interview over the phone but the person I was talking to couldn't give me the proper role description and responsibilities... During the scheduled call, I was told that people move to manager positions within 6 months but need to start with the training program in sales. The actual job was not in marketing as advertised, but in doing phone sales. Disappointed
