The company has potential, but the interview process was frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, timelines continuously shifted, and the candidate was ghosted or told updates were coming with little follow-through. The process felt unnecessarily drawn out, making it difficult to determine whether the company truly valued candidates’ time and effort. A more transparent and respectful recruiting process with clearer expectations and timely communication would significantly improve the candidate experience.
