You have to be ambitious, motivated, and you have to be willing to listen to management at all times and not question what they say, Even though none of them have never worked in the industry that they're currently working in.

Tell recruit you and say you can earn 170-220K a year...that isn't even close to true. Interviewed with 2 managers who just wanted me to tell them I was good at accepting change and that the company would reward you.
