The interview process consisted of 3 interviews. First, a talk with the hiring manager and a coding test. Second again with the hiring manager, but this time more focused on skills and expectations from both sides. Third, was with the HR. All stages went smoothly, pretty nice people doing the interviews, very relaxed and easy to talk to.
But... the company is not serious with their hirings. I got very positive feedback from all people I talked to, but they couldn't offer me a contract because eventually there was no budget. It sounded like it was a conflict between managers on who would use the budget. Pretty terrible to put the candidate through this process and reject them for this reason.
The same position appeared multiple times on LinkedIn, every time with different hiring manager. I guess all candidates went through the process only to have the same outcome as me.
