Tugende interview questions

Long and demanding. I did monthly interviews for a period of 8 months with long pauses in between. At one point I had to distract myself with other engagements because the wait was not only long but also exhausting

Long and tedious whole day, we spent the whole day in an interview, thy have series of interview in one day, not limited to riding bike and questionnaire filling in the field. Was disappointed cause my whole day was consumed in a that exercise.
