I first met Turner at my college's career fair. Following that, I had one virtual interview that was short and sweet. It was really just for them to get to know me better and for me to get to know Turner and the position better. Next, I had an in person interview where I met with upper level management. I then received my offer about a week later.

Initial phone call screening went well, the recruiter was welcoming and explained the position and future career options at Turner. I got to ask questions and got offered a additional interview.
