Interview
Standard interview. Was asked scenario based questions and then was asked to do a presentation for a panel. It was good to have prepared on the product and company before hand so when they asked questions related to this area. I was confident.
Very well structured interview process that made me understand the company and want to be a part of it. First screening with HR, then with the region’s director, then with 4 people in different roles in the region, with a role play. Lastly, I talked to the VP.

Interview
Phone interview then video conference then onsite with four members of the team. The onsite was divided into two parts, two with the managers and two with team members.
