Personality test brings out the real you since questions asked are related so if you lie they can easily tell, just be you
Smooth, interviewed by a very young lady, mostly asked me e to describe how a normal day in my previous job looked like. Also asked y I left my previous job, I said I needed to grow,there wasn't much room for growth in my previous capacity

The process was smooth, easy and the interview was okay. The interviewer was easy going he asked the appropriate questions and the process followed smoothly. He gave me time to express my self as well as questions he asked.

It was online interview. It took more than two month with different people interviewing me after every two weeks. Final step, they ask you for your previous payslips and recommendation letters to do a background check.
