1st Interview - HR recruiter phone screen:
- General questions about timeline, skills, and interest
2nd Interview - Phone call with Hiring Manager
- Technical questions & detailed description of the role
3rd Interview - 3 phone calls with team members
- 1 person w/ sister team; 2 people on current team
