Interview
I completed a coding round on Coderbyte for this company, followed by a DSA and technical interview. After that, I was given an assignment. Then came a Spring Boot interview, where the interviewer asked questions as if reading from a script — questions suited for someone with 10 years of Java experience.
Even after sending a follow-up mail, they scheduled yet another interview where I was asked a LeetCode problem, which I solved. They also asked some basic questions, which I answered well. Despite all this, I was rejected.
It felt like the company was more interested in satisfying their own ego rather than genuinely evaluating candidates. Honestly, I think they had already decided to reject me before the final rounds even began.
