Call with HR, simple HackerRank coding assessment (OLS regression, and data analysis), then a technical phone screen. Phone screen was pretty straightforward. Consisted mainly of "walk me through your current project" with probing questions along the way. Unfortunately, for my interviewer, English was their second language, so we had difficulty communicating effectively throughout. It's an uncomfortable topic, and diversity is certainly important in the workplace, but this simply has to be something companies consider when recruiting.
