I applied online at first, through the company's site, spent about an hour on the questions. I have received a rejection about three weeks later without any reason. Then a few months later, I have applied through email. They said they loved my portfolio (which was the exact same that had been rejected previously) and they invited me to a Skype interview. At first I had an interview with the HR girl, she was nice, asked general questions about me. Then a good two or three weeks passed without any answer when they finally contacted me to join another interview, there I met the team, they asked some questions about my works/studies etc. A week later I was asked if I would join them as an intern for a pretty great amount of payment, I said yes and thanked for the offer, an email later I was told not to be overjoyed because it was not an offer. I honestly don't know what it was then. Anyway, I was told I would have an interview with the CEO, another one or two weeks passed by without any answers then I received an email telling me that all of a sudden they were sorry but couldn't continue my application because they had no graphic designer to mentor me. This to me was very strange but of course I have accepted the fact. Later that day I was told to update them immediately if I found a job in the meantime. This, to me was very strange but I gave up on them and started to look for another job. Again, about a week later I got an email asking me if I was available to chat with the CEO in like ten minutes. I said yes and waited but after like 30 mins I was told the CEO was already out of office, so we re-scheduled the interview for the next day. The guy - other than the fact he couldn't describe what they were doing at the company - was absolutely uninterested in my answers, kept yawning and seemingly he was very distracted by something else. I found it very upsetting and disrespectful. In the end he said he liked my works and I will get a test job. Two weeks went by without getting an email with my tasks, so I contacted the HR girl and asked if they were still interested in hiring me. She said the team had been working on my task up until now, magically I got my test work in like 10 mins. I had two design tasks, I have completed them and sent to the team. After two weeks of no response I have sent them an email asking how my test job went...Of course I have never received an answer eve since.
So basically, I have spent more than two months on doing interview with them, giving me courage each time that they would hire me. Very unprofessional. Fun fact: they are ALWAYS looking for 'team members' and keep posting open vacancy in every job title. To me it seems like they desperately need someone to work for them for free and then reject their application after they had the job done. Nice.
