Several rounds over the course of a month+ which concluded with a visual presentation and one final unexpected round after. Fairly standard interview process but a bit of mismanagement in terms of decision making and overall resource allocation. Went dark on all communication for a 2-3 week period late in the process and then sprung up one more meeting (4th) following the “final” interview. They ultimately went another direction which I understand but the challenge was transparency around timeline. I communicated that I had a time sensitive deadline for decision following the presentation and it seemed they were buying time to complete the process with other candidates. I was unfortunately left chasing via email which is obviously not ideal. More transparency here would have been appreciated and concluded an overall positive experience with the team members I met.
