Interesting i liked the people there the building was nice and easy to find. The associates are really down to earth , honest and give you honest answers. I would’ve liked to learn more about the day to day process .
The interview process consisted of multiple interviews with head physicians. The questions that were asked were not difficult. They offered great training; shadowing for up to three months. These healthcare providers assist lower income communities.
I applied online. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group (Federal Way, WA) in Oct 2017
Interview
A rather strange, not highly professional, experience.
Phone screen from a recruiter in a corporate office in California during which I'd be contacted by the local manager to set up a time to meet in person. I received that communication a few weeks later and scheduled an in-person interview with a number of managers at one of their local clinic locations.
Interview questions were lackluster, and the people in the room really didn't seem to want to be there. Told me I'd hear back about next steps.
Never heard a whisper, so I contacted them a few weeks later to see what was going on. Was told that I was still in the running and that they were just delayed. it's now about 10 months later, and I'm just going to assume I didn't get the job (of course), because they've never contacted me.

Question 1
I really don't recall, because it was 10 months ago.
