Interview
I worked in London as part of the Mountbatten Institute exchange program. I had to network like crazy in order to find a role in the states after my internship ended. I interviewed with the manager of the US team by phone, then I interviewed with two other people of the US time - also over the phone. After that, I met with the manager of the London team (since I was working out of London at the time). After I had aced those I was basically hired.

It was an Online interview session over Teams, however the interview lasted for 30 mins and in first round it was a panelist. It was confirmed to be on Teams. The question asked in the interview was difficult as they wanted to hire for senior role
