I have been working at UBS full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Work life balance
    Very approachable senior management
Innovative ideas are welcomed and encouraged - regardless of your rank

    Cons

    Short sighted cost reduction targets
    Slow decision making
Far too frequent organisation structure changes

    Advice to Management

We have moved from throwing money at resolving issues without considering the wider picture, to the complete opposite end of the spectrum instead of finding a healthy balance. Yes we need to cut costs, but we have a standard of service to our clients, which should not be compromised in an effort to cut costs.
