I worked at UBS full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Truly global with a real focus on development and adopting best practices for employees. Not as gung ho as some of the other banks in the market.

    Cons

Has suffered a lot of negative media coverage - largely from its wealth management business.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on people.
