I worked at UBS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Skilled people Some decent leadership at exec level

    Cons

Strategy and vision not carried through organisation - technology strategy driven by over-confident industry names with no clue. Very siloed and political. Half-hearted investments.

    Advice to Management

Clearer strategy and focused execution Put more practicioners and doers in place. Develop better vision and outcomes that permeate the firm.
