UBS recruitment team contacted me by phone about the role. A week later I have received an interview invitation via email.
Interview was excellent, it was overrun by 20min due to me asking many questions about the company which I really like and hope to work for sooner or later. The first stage interview was about your personality and how well you fit with the company and the team. Competency based interview is in the second stage I believe.
I did not get the job offer (lacked experience).
Contacted the recruiter to obtain feedback: I ticked all the boxes except the specific experience they required for the role.
Would love to have another interview with them! It felt like having an intelligent conversation with a friend of a friend - relaxed, positive, with respect and interest in each other.
