Fast-tracked through school trading competition. Met with S&T MD in Singapore and junior traders. Upper management was a lot more relaxed and easy going than the juniors. Seemed like first parsed for fit for company culture, then technical competency.
Applied through school career center and got an internship. I had the first round interview, and one other at super day
30 minutes phone interview, and in person interview with MD, and other associates/analysts

Interview
Only took the first round Phone interview with a trader, not a HR. The interview started with a self-intruduction, asked about first, your resume, then general questions such as why ubs, why finance, and some follow up questions based on your answers. Not much behavior questions or market views. At the end, I am given the chance to ask questions.
