After getting through the mind numbing aptitude tests, you are told to prerecord a video interview. This is easy but the problem is that you will be sat on the wayside waiting months for a response, only to be sent an automated reply from a robot. There is a reason for this, and that is that they never actually hire from this pool of applicants. They fill their graduate programmes with pre-selected people that have already interned at the firm or another bank that is similar. If you haven't done work experience as a know nothing 17/18 year old through family connections, or you aren't a brainwashed Oxbridge graduate, then it's already too late.
