Interview
Phone screen, in person interview, met with different members of the team individually to ask and answer questions. Focus seemed to be both financial and technical proficiency as well as team fit.
The process was fairly straightforward - one product interview with the hiring manager, one with a senior engineering leader as this PM role was more technically focused, one with a senior stakeholder. All were virtual video interviews.
