You have to pass an Online assessment that is composed of two categories and also a culture match assessment, then hirevue interview. You need preparation but mostly to be focused to give your all.

Question 1
Logical reasoning questions are timed so you must work fast
First stage is a numerical / logic assessment. Tip is to work fast. You need to be decently accurate and also answer as many questions as possible.
If you get past the first stage, the next stage is a hirevue with 7 questions, each with 2 minutes response time.
The interview included questions that are testing motivation (why role, why company), commercial awareness and behavioural type questions.

What is one latest change in the markets and how does that affect your role?
Quite demanding and very position-specific. Technical and analytical skills are definitely needed to be able to showcase an actual positive impression within the fast-paced and dynamic environment. They do look for the best within the first assessments to cut down people as fast as possible and the process intensifies with very precise skills mainly programming for detailed tasks.
