One behavioral interview after phone screen, interviewed by the person that I would be working for, it was not too bad and there was a very relaxed atmosphere to the interview.
Quick, 1 interview with the manager. They were thorough with behavioral analysis questions. It started with an introduction, one time you ran into difficulty and resolved it. Then proceeded to break down the resume step by step. It was very much interviewer led.

Received Interview opportunity through family friend. Interviewed by 3 employees at once. Very friendly, just asked basic questions about my resume and knowledge of the financial industry. Then was given a tour of the building and met with the branch manager. Was Hired a few days later. Whole process took about 3-4 weeks.
