Behavioural interview in two steps.
First on campus interview, then I was called for interview in head office. Both were behavioural interviews, lasting up to 5-6 mins, questions were typically about career prospectives and related to my projects and ambitions.
The interview process is not very structured. For a software engineering interview for backend developer, most questions were about software life management and devops. Interviewers were unclear themselves on what they are looking for and what is the responsibilities of the position.
A simple interview with CTO and HR . The CTO asked about simple coding qustions (Ex : Leetcode Easy) . Then they give a online assignment , (Ex small django project, like Url shorten ) .
