Interview was through zoom, so it was really nice. The person I interview with was extremely nice, I could not have imagined a better interview. Very informative about the position.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UCLA Health

I applied online. I interviewed at UCLA Health in Jan 2022
Interview
Phone interview was great, however, the zoom interview was absolutely ridiculous. There were at least 6 people on it, none of which clearly were interested in being there. Personalities were dry, & uninviting. Reading off run of the mill, googled interview questions. Hard pass. It was a huge turn off for the job as I expected a lot more from such a highly regarded company. 5 Minutes into the interview in my mind, I was saying "Please don't let these people call me back" So that should give you the gist of how painful it was. I think HR departments need to remind others that join in on interviews, that the prospective employee is interviewing you also. We're reading body language, tone, and overall demeanor. If no one looks happy to be there, yikes. Do better.
