The hiring manager called me to discuss the position and hear more about my background. Then, I had a 2 hour, behavioral interview using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) questions.

Interview
The first round of interviews was a phone screening. The conversation was to understand the role and the interviewer asked a few questions to learn more about the candidate's experience. The second interview was behavioral set questions with a group and an emphasis on STAR response. The 3rd round of interviews was for the candidate to do a presentation on anything to see how well he/she can get the audience enthusiastic and excited about this particular something. Still awaiting decision.
Telephone screen, followed by Excel Assessment, and Face to Face Interview. Applied through online UNC Health Portal. Interviewed by fellow team members and then by hiring manager. Overall process took about 2 to 3 weeks.
