Promises with no action. The interview process is really simple but unfortunately they will ghost you for no reason and stop providing a feedback. 5 day weekdays and 2 days off, flexible but again super mismanagement. The offer is low but not bad for a start

Smooth. Asking about main thing and thing should be asked about. Professional and in a good way. Asking about company working field and testing the understanding of it and asking about skills related to the job.
