Simple, the owner is looking to hire anyone he can swindle. They’ll just ask you for your info like any job. There was no formal interview process. You go in, they tell you what they do, they lie to you by promising a minimum of light PM on aircrafts but that never happens.

the hiring process you have to take a written exam and then get an interview. the written exam is multiple choice. took about 1-6 months. It was an easy way interview, everyone was nice.
