I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at USANA Health Sciences in Apr 2026
Interview
The process felt more procedural than substantive. The initial HR screen was polite and covered broad company background, leadership structure, and tenure, but when I asked role-specific questions around ownership, team structure, and how the position would drive growth, the answers were limited and framed from a general HR perspective rather than from a clear understanding of the role itself. Some of the context shared also raised concerns, including the emphasis on very long leadership tenure and the impression that this position was being created as a top-down initiative rather than as part of an organization already aligned around modern growth marketing. Communication afterward also fell short: follow-ups went unanswered for roughly two weeks, and I only learned they were not moving forward through a recruiter instead of receiving a direct response. Overall, the experience was professional in tone but left the impression of a company that may be slow-moving, overly hierarchical, and not especially candidate-friendly.
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. After the initial rounds, the final interview involved meeting with the entire team of about five people, where each member asked me several thoughtful questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at USANA Health Sciences
Interview
Applied online. Selected for a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview in person at the main facility.
Friendly interview, I thought things were going well, received information on benefits, and had correspondence with the recruiter up to the interview.
No response to my follow-ups, no email per usual from the system saying you were not selected, nothing. Ghosted.
