Interview
Staff were pleasant enough but there were quite a few logistical hiccups throughout. These seemed to fall mostly on HR. No information on who would be attending interviews, late links (day before) to virtual interview rooms, and finally a last minute request for a 6AM interview slot all pointed to an HR team that needed more support and or training. Didn't end up getting the role but also walked away feeling like I was being strung along. Ended up going to three interviews, including a presentation, only to receive an automated and nameless email from HR with the update.

Question 1
1. Responding to a challenging event or overcoming an obstacle. 2. Staying organized, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects and responsibilities. 3. How would you go about managing the wants, wishes and needs of different stakeholders.
I was not sent a link before the online interview and had to ring the school for one just before the interview. Not sure if this was incompetence or purposeful. There were no senior management present, which is always a bad sign. The interviewers including HR lady were rude and dismissive. I regret spending so much time on my application. Their seven principles obviously do not extend to courtesy for interviewees. The contract was rubbish.... one year renewable. I think I had a lucky escape.
