Interview
HR contacted me after I applied for this position on LinkedIn. She said there would be two rounds - a panel discussion and an interview with the founder. The first time the panel discussion got canceled because both the panelist were unavailable, which I was informed about an hour prior. The next day, the panelists were late. On top of that, it looked clear that they didn't have a sense of direction. Both the panelists, Shashanka Kundu and Aditi Mendoza, sounded like they had a pre-determined notion about the kind of candidate they wanted. In the end, they told me that they would be giving me a test, to which I agreed, and I also asked them for their feedback, which they were willing to provide at the time, but that never happened.
