Recruiter screen, then a first round interview with the hiring manager. I received a request for a recruiter screen three weeks after applying online. The recruiter was amazing and incredibly helpful, providing details about the role and next steps, including multiple interviews with people in the Uber Ride and Delivery teams. The hiring manager was pleasant, shared details about expanding the role, and asked many questions to understand my previous experience. After a week and a half, I received a rejection email and received feedback after requesting it, which was greatly appreciated. I wish the team the best and would be open to applying to a different role at Uber again.
