I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uber
Interview
the interview began with a phone interview with mostly behavioral questions. then, there were multiple rounds of phone screens, which first started with human resources and was then followed by the manager of the team who the position would report into. struck me as a smart team with a lot of upward mobility potential and competitive offering items. timeline moved quickly, but were responsive to any need for more or less time
Extensive powerpoint presentation with real life data. Felt like WAY too much effort for an interview and essentially free work. While presenting the team was uninterested and working. They asked questions you'd probably only know if internal within the culture.

Question 1
What strategy would you use to expand into the suburbs
The interview process started with a call with the recruiter to understand more about the role and chat about my skillset. We went over what the team does and what the hiring manager is looking for in terms of experience and tenure.

post application, HR contacted for a phone screen, reviewed resume, asked about interests and motivations, project experiences, etc. Overall a straightforward experience. Highlighted next steps in the interview process and answered any questions
