Even before applying, you will find an unusual level of transparency about the interview process on their website. This was a wonderful surprise, and most employers should definitely take note! The whole interview process took roughly 3 weeks, so it was relatively fast especially since I applied in the summer. In the first interview, they prepared a presentation on a TV that introduced me to the agency. My interviewers were very professional, structured and down-to-earth. There was chemistry right off the bat. They were also open about the challenges of the job, so expectations were set accordingly. I very much appreciated that. The second interview mainly involved a discussion on the results of the personality and logic test that I had taken. It was definitely trickier than the first interview as you are given the chance to explain your thought process and the freedom to justify why you are the best candidate for the job. You are also given a few scenarios and asked how you handle them.
