I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uklash (Glasgow, Scotland) in Aug 2023
Interview
got through to the final round and offered a senior job but didn't accept it in the end. The founder asked some really personal and frankly quite disturbing questions at final interview stage. Also the beauty industry is a small world - after being offered the job I then heard from various people that the paranoid founder is an aggressive bully who towers behind legal threats in all his actions against influencers, brands, partners and individuals. was basically warned against working there.
Transparent interview process with defined steps. Quick and to the point interview covering latest experience. No weird questions. The only minus is that I haven't heard back about the result in over 3 weeks- negative or positive, they really should follow up.
